Welcome to Blitz Picks! These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of Blitz Picks across all platforms. By using the game, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use Blitz Picks.

Who Can Play

Blitz Picks is intended for users 8 years of age and older. If you are under the age of 13, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian to use the game.

Your Account

To use Blitz Picks, you may be asked to create a username or profile.

You are responsible for keeping your login info safe.
Do not impersonate others or use offensive or inappropriate usernames.
We may suspend or delete accounts that violate our rules or harm the community.

What’s Allowed and What’s Not

You can:

Use the game for personal, non-commercial entertainment.
Share your picks and participate in challenges within the game.

You cannot:

Use cheats, bots, or any hacks to gain an unfair advantage.
Post offensive, abusive, or inappropriate content.
Copy, distribute, or try to reverse-engineer any part of the game.
Use the game for unlawful or harmful purposes.

Ownership

Blitz Picks and all related content (logos, game mechanics, visuals, etc.) are owned by us. You may not use our branding or content without written permission.

Third-Party Services

We use Wix to host and support parts of Blitz Picks. By using the game, you also agree to Wix’s terms and policies. You can view them at https://www.wix.com/about/terms-of-use

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently ban users who break these Terms or misuse the game. We also reserve the right to update, remove, or discontinue features at any time.

Disclaimer

Blitz Picks is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for:

Loss of data, scores, or progress.
Service interruptions or technical issues.
User content shared in the game.

Use the game at your own risk.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make major changes, we’ll let you know in the app or on our site. Continued use after changes means you accept the new Terms.
